‘Skyline’…
I promised myself I would finish this painting before the New-Year, and I finish it, I have…
‘Skyline’
…Fresh from the easel, and still to sign!
This seems quite a fitting subject for my final painting of 2020. I’ve no doubt that wine has played a small part in helping many of us get through this pandemic year.
And, whilst some of us will be glad to see the back of this year and welcome a new one, I have mixed feelings about it. It has forced us to slow down; to stop and smell the roses, quite literally! But it has also reminded me of just how much I value my own space… need it, even. This year has given me the perfect excuse to have more of that.
Now I need to think about the first painting of 2021. And on that note, I wish you all a happy and particularly, a healthy New-Year.
